In the submitted video, which laid out Electronista, shows the proprietary interface HTC Sense for Android. He obviously supports multi-sensory input and can output to display all home screens simultaneously. Perhaps this version of the interface appears on HTC devices based on Android 2.1, but be sure this is impossible.
